Elevator includes Henke 32” stationary roller mill. Motor that powers the mill is frozen, but replacement motor will be included. Elevator belt has 6” cups. New set of 10” cups will be included. 

Party Barn: Located east of driveway, and east of house. Relaxing, attractive area with barn, small pond, and flowing water.  Barn is overall 25’ x 25’ with 15’ x 14’ portion enclosed with electric service. The balance is “L” shaped outside area with rustic look under the building’s roof.  There are established trees on the south for privacy, and shade. The pond has attractive rock in the water, and a pump to elevate the water to an upper level to create a flowing stream effect. There is a decorative windmill, and 4 chairs that are included in the sale. The western theme wall décor is not included.  There is one water hydrant in this area. This is a ideal “get away” spot for relaxing.

Feedlot: The east set of pens has just over 260’ of concrete bunk with pipe bunk fence, and 10’ apron. The east pens are split with a auto waterer in the center fenceline.   The northwest feedlot pen has 190’ concrete bunk on 8’ concrete apron. There is auto waterer in this pen. The southwest feedlot pen has older wood bunk. This area is just north of the working and load out area. There is a semi high concrete based loading chute.

West Open Front Shed: Dirt floor pole building 30’x60’. Metal sheeting and electrical service.

Silo: Constructed 1965. Slip formed concrete 60’ tall. No roof, non-functional.
