    DESCRIPTION: Property has good accessibility north of Morrill. Soils map shows 64%+ Tripp and Alice soil with 0-1% slope, and the balance Scoville soil with a 0-1% slope. There are two concrete ditches running west to east through the north part of the farm. the north ditch is a PID right of way, and south ditch is owned with the farm.
